F.A.Q.'s

1.   How long does it take for delivery?
  -- This depends on purchase. When you are interested in an item, we call the manufacturer to make sure it is currently available.  90% of the time, the items are in stock.  If it is from a local company, you can have your furniture delivered within a day or two.  If it is not from a local company, it usually takes 1-3 weeks.  We will call you as soon as it comes in to schedule delivery.  Custom upholstery takes 4-6 weeks.
   
2.   Can I schedule my delivery time?
  -- Yes, delivery is scheduled according to customer availability.
   
3.   How much is sales tax?
  -- 8.25 percent in Mansfield, TX.
   
4.   What if my furniture is damaged upon delivery?
  -- If your furniture arrives damaged in the box, we will replace it.  Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. 
   
5.   What does the warranty cover?
  --The warranty covers manufacturer's defects.  Although this does not occur often, it does happen. We will replace or repair the defected part/s at our option, up to one year from the date of purchase. 
   
6.   What if I don't like what I have purchased?
  --We ask that you make your selection carefully before buying.  We are confident in the furniture we sell and it's construction.  Please note that subtle color variations may occur due to lighting and camera angles.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Please make such request upon delivery. Returns must be in it's original packaging. Custom orders can not be returned.
   
7.   Do you have a showroom?
  --We have a moderate, comfortable showroom where you can view some floor models and browse thousands of products through an array of catalogs. Children are welcome to occupy themselves with our video game systems or movies.
   
8.   Will my furniture be set-up when it is delivered?
  --Yes. Please have rooms clear and ready for delivery.
   
9.   Can I pick up my furniture at your store?
  --Yes.  Please understand that all furniture comes brand new in boxes.  Some minor assembly is required on many items. All tools needed for assembly are included.  We are not responsible for improper assembly of furniture if you pick it up at our store.
   
10.  Do you offer any additional financing for someone who isn't approved through G.E. Money?
  --Yes, we offer "No Credit Check" Financing through Progressive.  This has a 90 day same as cash option. There is a $25 application fee and 20% down.
   

11.  Do you offer Lay-a-Way?
 

--Yes, we offer a four month term lay-a-way program with 20% down.

12.  Is the furniture listed on your website all the furniture you have to offer?

  --You are welcome to visit any of the manufacturer's listed under BRANDS and shop directly from their sites.  Call or email for pricing and availability.  Under some circumstances, we are able to order from other furniture lines such as Pulaski, Aspen, Etc.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
