Product Information:
All of our furniture is quality crafted of solid hardwoods unless otherwise
noted. Pictures are an accurate representation of the product, although some
slight color variations may occur due to lighting and camera angles. We
offer an array of furniture from select manufacturers. We are proud to
sustain excellent working relationships and only offer furniture from proven
company's. Ensuring
the quality of our furniture is paramount to our success.
Warranty: Arlington Furniture Direct stands firm
behind our products.
We guarantee your purchase to be free from defect for
a period of one year following the date of purchase. Arlington Furniture
Direct will replace or repair, at our option, any defected product. We
assume no responsibility for damage due to alteration or misuse. We
maintain a no refund policy. Store
credit may be issued.
Returns: Arlington Furniture
Direct works diligently to accurately represent the products that we
offer. Our reputation depends on it. If for you are
unsatisfied with your purchase, the item/s may be returned for a store credit
only. Please notify us at the time of delivery if you are unhappy with
your furniture. All items must be returned in its original
packaging.
Delivery: Arlington Furniture Direct offers standard delivery and set-up to
the North Texas Region. Arrangements can be
made for delivery outside of the North Texas Region depending on the
circumstance.
Shipping is also an option. Standard Delivery
fees range from $29 to $169 depending on purchase and location. This
includes set-up and placement. Please have your
rooms cleared and ready for delivery. If you will need
help moving large items prior to delivery, please let us know when
scheduling.
Financing: We offer financing through G.E. Money Home Design. You may fill out an application at our store location. Approval takes just a few minutes and you can purchase immediately following approval. Our standard promotion is 12 Months / 0% Interest.* Longer financing terms are available. We also offer "no credit check" financing with through Progressive Finance. There is a $25 aplication fee. This has a 90 day same as cash option. We ask for 20% down but will work with you.
Lay-a-way: We offer a four month term layaway program with 20% down.
Scotch Guard: We offer scotch guard services on upholstery. This is applied before delivery. Prices are as followed: Sofa $89; Sofa / Love $139; Sofa / Love / Chair $169; Sectional $149; Dining Chairs $8 each.
Gently Used Furniture
Donations: Arlington Furniture Direct
partners with Safe Havens. If you would like to donate your gently used
furniture, we will transport your donation to this program upon delivery of your
new items.
